Job Description

The Role

Our client is looking for a qualified Sales administrator to join their sales team and help achieve the company goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.
The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented and have a deep knowledge of customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, our client would like to meet you.
Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high quality customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of quotations and sales proposals
Follow up with clients after the proposals have been issued
Ensuring the sales database is up to date and accurate for reporting purposes
Presenting these reports to the development managers at weekly sales meetings
Prioritising, handling and responding to general correspondence including incoming emails, phone calls and messages.
Plan, Organise and schedule own workload to ensure all activities are completed accurately and on time.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have previous experience in a Sales Administration or Client Support role.
Other requirements include:
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite especially MS Excel, Word and Outlook
Attention to details and commitment to accuracy
Excellent Organisational Skills
Ability to work both on own initiative or as part of a team
Strong written, verbal and problem solving skills
